Makers of the film “Rethinking Afghanistan” have steadily provided updates about the suffering endured by Afghan civilians. Here is a short list of atrocities that have occurred in the months since General McChrystal assumed his post in Afghanistan.
Pity the imperialists. They’re damned if they do, and they’e damned if they don’t. Pity the American people even more — they’re the ones who will ultimately pay the price of all this imperial folly.
